Sales Process

Initial Contact

You may fill out the free consultation form or contact us by phone. An appointment will be scheduled to meet and address all of your home improvement needs.

Site Meeting

At the initial site meeting we will discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have, measure and evaluate the site conditions. We will provide you with our company information and photographs of completed projects. Depending upon the type of project we may provide samples and or literature depicting possible choices of materials, colors, textures, patterns and more.

Proposal

The size and complexity of your project will determine the next course of action. If your project is relatively simple a proposal may be written and presented to you at the initial meeting. If your needs are substantial and require additional design, layout or development then we will take all of the gathered information back to our office for processing. Once your proposal and design (if required) is ready it will be presented for your review and approval.

Consummation of agreement

After review and approval, a signed agreement and deposit would be necessary to move forward with your project. Once this is completed and a right of rescission period has passed, we will begin to schedule the installation of your project, obtain any required permits, and order your materials.

The installation of your project will be performed by experienced, well trained installers and artisans. We take great pride in the coordination of the many professionals and tradesman needed to successfully complete a project, no matter the size.
